2021-2022 5th Grade Supply List

Dear Parents,

Welcome to fifth grade at Oak! To enhance the educational experience of all our students, we are requesting the donation of supplies and materials for each fifth grade class. Below you will find a basic supply list that applies to all three 5th grade classrooms.

We know that summer can be busy.  We hope your family and your children are taking time to enjoy a good book, relax, and spend time together.
